This half-high variety really leans into its lowbush ancestry with excellent cold hardiness and flavor-packed, smaller berries. Northsky’s compact, dense habit lends itself to container plantings or hedgerows. Typically growing 2–3 feet wide and tall, its deep green leaves set off a spring show of blankets of white blooms that are followed by loads of tasty, wild-flavored berries. Warmer gardeners can enjoy this phenomenal variety, too, as it performs equally well in lower latitude areas. Zones 3–8.
